Tiffany is the former head of Organisational Development and Transformation at Singtel, Asia’s leading communications technology group, with over 30 years of corporate leadership experience across travel technology, telecommunications, and Global Fortune 500 financial services.

She have led large-scale organisational development, transformation, and change initiatives, supporting C-suite, mid- to senior-level leaders to adopt new technologies, navigate business model shifts, manage restructuring, and address the people impact of change.
